It would be great if we all could get a daily massage but for most people that is not possible. Magnets are a great way to allow us to help ourselves on a daily basis. I first found out about magnets designed for use on the human body in 1994 and have been using them for a variety of problems ever since.
I injured my low back about 30 years ago. My back would really deal me fits. I had to be careful what I did. About five or six times a year it would go out on me and I would walk around all bent over and hurting. Then a friend introduced me to these special magnets. I started out with one to wear on my lower back, one to sit on and a pair of magnetic insoles to wear in my shoes. I soon started to get relief and went on to even get a magnetic mattress to sleep on. Not only did my back problem improve but I was getting to sleep quicker and getting very restful sleep.
Our bodies are designed to repair themselves when we are sleeping. If we cannot sleep well then our bodies have a more difficult time doing the repair work. Therefore it stands to reason that if we get more restful sleep then our bodies are able to repair us better. I have been sleeping on a magnetic mattress since 1994 and continue to look forward to getting on my magnetic mattress every night. I also sleep under a far-infrared comforter that has magnets in it. It is so comforting. I wake up rested and restored!
As a full time massage therapist I often overwork my hands. When I do, I have magnets I wear and far-infrared gloves. If I am feeling tension in my neck and shoulders I may wear a magnetic chain or stick a small magnetic disc on the spot that is aching. I prefer to get a massage or use a magnet before having to resort to taking medication. Most people would find that by getting massage and using magnets they would not have to resort to taking sometimes dangerous medications for pain relief.
